Professional Experience
David
was admitted to practice law in 1973, Michigan and U.S. District
Court, Eastern District of Michigan; and U.S. Court of Appeals, Sixth
Circuit in 1980. David served as principal trial attorney with the
Macomb County Prosecutor's Office and later as assistant chief of
the Criminal Division of the United States Attorney's Office for
the Eastern District of Michigan. David has represented defendants
in many highly publicized cases in Michigan, Connecticut, Florida,
Illinois, Indiana, Missouri and New York. He has conducted over 200
criminal and civil jury trials.
Areas of Emphasis
David specializes in white-collar and health care criminal
defense. His civil litigation experience includes defense of tort,
contract and business disputes. Representative clients include General
Dynamics, General Motors, K-Mart, Don Massey and Spawn.

(appointed by the Michigan Supreme Court in 2001).
